New Roosh

One day I woke up and realized I was awesome

I knew Roosh could feel i needed something to get me through this last final. Featured on the track, Woke up is done in typical Roosh style, sick beat, sick rhymes. Check out his older posts from the joint here. Now back to ecology, enjoy the session

Introducing: Luke Christopher

your welcome in advance

out of California, Luke Christopher finally pops up on aJointSession. Kid is 17.... just means more time for more music. I can promise you wont be disappointed. Christopher brings smooth lyrics to beats that aren't your typical hip-hop beats; got a little indie feel. He dropped a song with Asher over the summer, but with his new mixtape is on the way, and he dropped "Letter to Myself", and it may be his best so far. Check him out, and share the find

enjoy the session

New Find: Roosh Williams

Bringing you some new shit out of Houston. Introducing: Roosh Williams. Guy has something, might be the wordplay, might be the SICK beats, or maybe its just everything together, but whatever it is, it works. He hit me yesterday on aJointSession's Facebook page yesterday, and thank god he did.

"Striving to stand out in an over-diluted genre of music, in an already over saturated industry leave a lot to be desired. For Houston native Roosh Williams, the simplest mindset of maintaining true to one's instincts and constantly having a critical, open mind for the world around him has helped mold Roosh into one of the most witty and enjoyable listens in hip-hop in a long time"

Below are some tracks I enjoyed, but you can get all the rest of his work at rooshwilliams.com. Be on the lookout for more posts coming from Roosh, can't wait to see what he comes with next.
enjoy the session

lovers craving

Bringing you a song, and then that song in a sample. Bibio dropped "Lovers Craving" a while back. Its the kind of song that hits a chord with everyone. When the song truly starts at 1:27, you cant help but lose it. Obviously im not the only one who feels like this; multiple artists have dropped remixes with the song as a sample, below is Logics take on the rift, not too shabby. You can thank me later when the guitar catches you in the middle of the day tomorrow, just listen, and enjoy the session.

Bibio - Lover's Craving

Logic - The Dream

similar, like a simile

get ready for some spiritual shit. Both Fleet Foxes and Boy & Bear deal with the same musical sound. Fleet foxes seems to set the mark for this "indie" style, but Boy & Bear's music has a little more fun with it. Really liking Boy & Bear, heard them for the first time the other day and haven't been able to stop listening. Check out the songs below and see who you like more. enjoy the session.

Boy & Bear - Mexican Mavis
Boy & Bear - Rabbit Song
Boy & Bear - The Storm

Fleet Foxes - Blue Spotted Tail
Fleet Foxes - Blue Ridge Mountains

Fleet Foxes - Montezuma

Bonus:
Fleet Foxes - Mykonos (Barbaric Merit Remix)
