In anticipation of his upcoming album Electric Highway, Rockie Fresh gives us the official video for his new track "Nobody".

Vinny Cha$e & Kid ArT's Golden Army mixtape

checked out Vinny Cha$e just cause of the name, glad I did.

Vinny is another rapper in the emerging group that is coming from Brooklyn, NY. Its easy to put him in the same category as A$AP, but as Vinny would say, "that comparison is just an easy way out". There is no doubt that New York/Houston feel that A$AP brings is present in his music, but there is also a  little Theophilus London and old school NYC mixed in there.
Whatever you wanna say about him, he's good.

Below is a look into the making of Vinny and Kid ArT's new mixtape Golden Army, along with a video for the track"Biggie & Jordan's".

Make sure to download the mixtape below

Diplo "got stoned and mixes old records for half an hour"

Nym - Warm Blooded Lizard (chill instrumental)

Recently discovered nym and am very glad I did. A fan of Emancipator, I randomly spotted them as a feature on a track and really liked what I heard. Nym has the same type of style that Emancipator along with others like Bonobo and STS9. Not dubstep by any means  but more groovy instrumentals that will have you rocking your body in time

make sure to check out the tracks from the album Warm Blooded Lizard below. Really really liking "Lesser Known Good", so I put it at the top for you.

Also check out his website here and the Facebook here.

Big Boi leaks tracks from new album

With Big Boi's album Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors coming out next Thursday, Dec. 13th, tracks are starting to surface. This ATLien has some pretty impressive guests on the tracks that have been popping up, including A$AP Rocky, Kid Cudi, Ludacris, and Phantogram.

Check out the three newly leaked tracks below. Really liking "Lines", little different from the classic Daddy Fat Sacks sound.

A$AP Rocky documentary: A$VP C4

If you don't know who Rocky and the A$AP crew is, youve been under a rock. Since they broke the scene over a year ago, they have changed the game, infusing their New York roots with Houston's Chopped culture.
This short documentary gives a look into their ride. Ive always felt like Odd Future and A$AP were basically the same, just two different groups that hit it big. After watching this, I personally think of A$AP as rappers and OFWGKTA as entertainers (except for Earl).

Check out the video above, along with the mixtape that started it all, Rocky's Live.Love.A$AP, below. If you dont have it in your library, here's your chance

Frank Ocean's SNL performance and new video

As announced, Frank Ocean performed along with John Mayer on the season premiere of SNL last night. Both performances are below. Shortly after the show, Frank kept things going releasing the official video to the track "Pyramids", one of my personal favorites off Channel Orange

Frank Ocean doesn't want anyone to understand him it seems. Like his previous videos, its hard to understand what Franks motivation is for the visuals, but nonetheless, give respect where it's due. Guy has taken off here recently, must be doing something right, besides the music of course. Will go ahead an say that the video above does show some women "workin at the pyramid" so if you're around other people, dont know if i'd hit play jussssttt yet

G-Eazy ft. Hoodie Allen - Ladykillers

G-Eazy dropped his first single off the upcoming album Must Be Nice today in "Ladykillers". With a verse from Hoodie Allen, this one is classic G-Eazy. Feelin' the chopped up, A$AP-like chorus and of couse the worldplay from both of these guys.

Macklemore & Ryan Lewis - Thrift Shop (Official Video)

With a mom who loves her some thrift store finds, I've been making trips since I was tiny. In high school and to this day, some of my favorite stuff was from Americas Thrift Stores.
Glad to see Macklemore is the same.

This track sick. With a sick beat and witty lyrics, we get another taste of the genius that is Macklemore and Ryan Lewis.

How you been?

Starting it up again with a sick video. My brother and I were checking out Jeb Corliss this past weekend and came across the video above. Guy is luckiest man in the world, well his eyes at least. Wanna go full screen and super HD for this one.

In one scene in particular (around 2:50), Loch Lomond's song "Elephants and Little Girls" starts a scene and really sets a good mood the rest of the video.

Dieter Schaaf - I Am a Child (Official Video)

Dieter Schaaf, who brought us his debut EP I Am a Child a few months back, gives us some sights to the sounds of the title track "I Am a Child".

Personally, really can connect with a lot of Schaafs lyrics. With more of a mellow, indie vibe, all the songs of the EP seem to find their way to my speakers time and time again. Really excited to see what else the man from Wisconsin will give us in the future, but until then, check out the older post linked above, the video below, and

Luke Christopher - Roses

a OFWGKTA post

Odd future has been all over the place in the past year, and the hype keeps growing. Above is a new video from Tyler. Produced by Wolf Haley, "Same is Dead" is insane, which is typical.

Another member of the group, Frank Ocean, has also been all over the place lately. With his debut studio album channel ORANGE will be here July 17th, Frank made headlines this week with his letter talking of a summer love. I wont go into the details, but the letter is below. Personally have more respect for the man. Even though his story involves the same gender, it's safe to say the feelings he explains are feelings we all can relate to
